One to One Yoga Sessions

Personalised yoga sessions are great for everyone from beginners, those recovering from injury, and advanced practitioners wanting to deepen their practice.

 

Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga (postures, breath, anatomy) as we break down postures and I guide you, through hands on adjustments, to correct your alignment.

For those recovering from injury, or managing chronic pain, with dedicated one-on-one attention, we can work towards a specific rehabilitation programme and learn ways to build your practice further based on your specific needs.

More advance practitioners will also benefit as they receive the teacher’s undivided attention as we explore postures, philosophy, the body (energetic and physical), working through any obstacles and developing deeper into your personal practice.
